Will I be able to breathe with a printed logo on my mask?
Yes, at Ninja Stitch, we’ve long-specialized in water-based printing, a style in which the ink dyes the fabric of the material, rather than sitting on top of it. Instead of leaving a thick, crunchy print, you won’t even be able to feel the print on the material, making it just as breathable as it would be if there was no print at all.
Are custom masks washable and reusable?
Yes, all of our custom masks at Ninja Stitch are washable and reusable. Your custom mask will hold its shape and color for many cycles of washing and drying.
Are fabric masks a good substitute for medical masks?
No. Custom fabric masks are not a substitute for N95 respirators or other medical-grade masks. They are designed for branding, events, uniforms and everyday comfort, so anyone who needs medical-grade protection should follow the guidance of their employer or healthcare provider.
Are there any specifications to keep in mind while designing a custom mask?
If you’re planning on printing front and center on a mask, the printable area will likely be about 3″ x 3″. If you’re planning on printing elsewhere, like on the side closer to the top or bottom, the printable area is going to be smaller and somewhat dependent on the design. Can I see my mask design before it is made?
